Privacy policy

How we handle the information you send us and how to exercise your rights.

Privacy officer and contact

Gérard Vinou, founder, is the privacy officer at Loupe Technologies. For a question, a request concerning your information or a complaint, email info@loupetechnologies.com and indicate that your message concerns privacy.

Information and purposes

The form asks for your name, work email and message. It also lets you specify your organization and the subject of your request. This information is used to understand your needs, respond to you and follow up on that exchange.

You can choose not to provide this information. Without contact details or a sufficient description of your needs, Loupe may be unable to respond. Do not send passwords, patient records or confidential documents through this form.

Form and email

Information submitted through the website form is sent to HighLevel (GHL) through its External Tracking service to record the inquiry and allow Loupe Technologies to follow up.

Inquiries addressed to info@loupetechnologies.com are received in the Loupe Technologies Microsoft 365 mailbox. Microsoft provides the email service used to receive, store and handle these exchanges.

Retention schedule

While an inquiry is being handled, information is retained to respond and carry out necessary follow-up. Once that exchange is closed, information no longer needed for those purposes must be deleted. The mere possibility of future business contact does not justify indefinite retention.

If an engagement is agreed, information needed for that engagement becomes part of its file and is subject to its specific obligations. If a law requires retention or a legal proceeding justifies preserving certain records, only necessary information is retained for the applicable period. The privacy officer documents the reason and end point of that exception; other information follows the deletion rule.

Your requests and rights

You may request access to your personal information and correction of it, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for its use or disclosure. Withdrawal may limit further handling of your inquiry and does not remove applicable legal retention obligations. Contact the privacy officer above; a proportionate identity check may be necessary.
