Microsoft 365 & cloud services

Organize your Microsoft 365 workspaces, permissions and practices. Prepare SharePoint governance and your Copilot project with Loupe Technologies.

Loupe Technologies helps you organize your Microsoft 365 environment and prepare for change. We connect collaboration spaces, files and access permissions to the needs of your teams. The engagement may cover a current-state assessment, recommendations or agreed configuration changes, together with responsibilities and verification.

As your tools evolve, so should their organization

Documents are spread across multiple spaces, with duplicate copies and unclear ownership. You want to define where people should work and which information should serve as the reference.

Guests, former collaborators or groups have access that needs checking. You want to explain sharing rules and identify the decisions that need to be made.

Copilot, a new SharePoint space or a change in team structure raises questions. You need preparation scoped to your environment.

An engagement grounded in your working environment

We propose starting with the uses and spaces involved: who collaborates, on which documents and with which partners. The review then covers the accounts, permissions, sharing practices and configurations included in the engagement.

Migration, integration with another cloud service and recurring support are explicitly scoped. Licensing, required access and the responsibilities of your administrators are part of that discussion.

Prepare for Microsoft 365 Copilot

Copilot draws on data the user already has permission to access. Overly broad permissions therefore remain an issue to examine before choosing an initial use case.

We propose defining the pilot group, useful documents and checks to carry out. The intended deliverable is a prioritized preparation list, with owners, dependencies and criteria for deciding what comes next.

Organize SharePoint governance

SharePoint governance connects policies, roles and collaboration practices. It also needs to account for related Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and groups.

We propose clarifying who creates a space, who remains accountable for it and how membership is reviewed. The engagement can define a workspace structure and follow-up procedure that your owners can apply.

Decisions and configurations your team can understand

Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include:

An assessment of uses and permissions

Spaces reviewed, findings, owners to confirm and questions requiring a decision from your organization.

A prioritized change plan

Recommendations with dependencies, licences to check and the people responsible for approving changes.

Handover documentation

Configurations implemented when included in scope, checks performed and guidance to share with administrators and users.

Prepare changes and check their effects

  1. Choose the spaces involved

Identify uses, administrators and the review scope. Agree on working access and business continuity constraints.

  2. Review with the owners

Connect technical findings to team needs. Confirm ownership and legitimate exceptions.

  3. Carry out agreed changes

If configuration is included, prepare the changes and necessary communications with your owners.

  4. Verify and hand over

Check the intended workflows, document follow-up items and provide what is needed to take responsibility for the environment.

Questions before you start

Are licences included in the engagement?

Licences and their costs are specified in the proposal. Available capabilities depend on subscriptions. We review your situation before recommending controls or assuming a feature is available.

Does SharePoint governance also involve Teams?

Yes. SharePoint is connected to other Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and groups. Our scoping examines the spaces actually involved so their collaboration rules can be considered together.

Does this service include continuous monitoring?

Microsoft 365 work and follow-up arrangements are defined in the engagement. If you need recurring security support, we propose clarifying that scope through our managed cybersecurity service.
