You already have security tools, but are unsure who reviews their status or checks that requested actions are completed.

Managed cybersecurity
Define your cybersecurity coverage with Loupe Technologies: systems in scope, safeguards, responsibilities and reporting that supports follow-up.
Loupe Technologies helps you define managed cybersecurity support for your accounts, devices and workplace tools. The aim is to make the safeguards being monitored, the people responsible and the decisions you retain clear to everyone involved.
We start with your environment and internal resources to propose an appropriate engagement. Recurring reviews, configuration changes and the handling of reported issues are specified in the scope of work.
When should you delegate security follow-up?
Your team handles day-to-day requests. You want to share security responsibilities without creating conflicting ownership.
New accounts, devices or services raise questions about what falls within the managed scope and who approves the changes.
What we define with you
Scoping may cover selected accounts, workstations, email and cloud services. We examine the tools available, the access required and the information needed for follow-up before agreeing on the activities.
The engagement separates checks on safeguards, review of reported issues, authorized corrections and decisions requiring your approval. It also specifies coverage hours, communication channels and circumstances requiring a separate response.
Security governance and penetration testing address other needs. They can complement managed support through their own defined objectives and deliverables.
Deliverables that make responsibilities visible
Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include:
A documented scope
Included accounts, devices and services, granted access, tools involved and matters requiring separate support.
Assigned responsibilities
Responsibilities across Loupe, your organization and your vendors, including agreed approvals and escalation arrangements.
Useful reporting
Items reviewed, actions taken or proposed, outstanding matters and decisions required from your team.
From initial scope to agreed support

Questions about managed cybersecurity
Does managed cybersecurity replace our IT team?
The engagement can complement your team or an existing provider. Together, we define who administers systems, who follows up on safeguards and who authorizes changes. This helps prevent an action from being left between several providers without an identified owner.
Are monitoring and incident response included?
They need to be specified in the agreement. The word “managed” does not by itself define coverage hours, monitored tools, response times or authorized actions. Scoping establishes what is covered and what happens when an issue falls outside those arrangements.
Will we need to replace all our security tools?
We begin by reviewing your existing safeguards and how they operate. Baseline measures span several areas, including updates, authentication and backups. Proposed changes depend on the gaps identified and the tools that can be supported within the engagement.
